Online Therapy

Online Counselling & Psychotherapy

Although my work has primarily been face-to-face, office based, I have been working with clients online for the last 2-3 years. The COVID-19 outbreak means that for the safety of us all, I won’t be offering face-to-face therapy at this time and therefore all sessions, including the initial free consultation will be held online.

This is an ideal time to explore counselling. When it is possible to offer face-to-face counselling again, I will also continue to offer the choice to continue via the internet or in person as for many, online can be more convenient and even preferable to working in person in the consulting room.

I can offer online counselling in a way that suits you. In the initial consultation we can discuss methods which provide strict confidentiality, but also recognise that sometimes more familiar methods can be more comfortable. Some of the methods I use to provide online counselling include:

  • Zoom

  • Skype

  • WhatsApp

  • FaceTime

  • Telephone

Ultimately, I am open to providing this in a way that best suits you.

Cost

During the COVID-19 outbreak, I am offering sessions according to each individual’s affordability which can be discussed during the free initial consultation.

My regular full cost fee is £50 and for lower waged/unemployed/OAPs/students I usually offer a reduced fee of £35 per sessions.

For those people who find themselves in difficult financial situations during this time however, I am able to offer reduced fees.
